What TriCast Collects
TriCast stores race promotion requests submitted through the Promote page, including race name, contact name, email, race website, package interest, and notes.

Register Clicks
TriCast records when visitors click Register buttons so race directors can understand whether a listing sends traffic toward their registration page. This tracking does not create public visitor profiles.
Admin Access
The admin area is restricted to approved TriCast owner accounts. It is used to manage races, promotion requests, featured placements, and basic click reports.
Official Race Links
TriCast links to official race websites, registration pages, results, rosters, trackers, and livestreams. Those outside sites have their own privacy practices.
